Day 4: Embracing My Healthier Journey with Thinner Leaner Stronger

Day 4 of my Thinner Leaner Stronger challenge, and I’m feeling pumped about the path I’ve chosen. I’ve committed to a 100-day journey to see how it transforms me physically and mentally. My motivation is still running high, and I can’t help but marvel at how much easier strength training is for me compared to cardio. It’s almost like I’m cheating, but hey, I’ll take it! While I still enjoy my walks, today I’ll be fitting them in during my noon lecture.

The Diet Dilemma:

Now, let’s talk about the real struggle: my diet. After following the keto plan for what feels like forever, finding suitable food options that fit my new goals has become quite the challenge. It’s disheartening to see how yo-yo dieting has affected my body. I remember when I thought I was fat at 100 and 115 pounds, but looking back, I realize I was iabsolutely fine. Currently, at 150 pounds, I’m accepting my body more and realizing that my weight doesn’t define me.

A Shift in Perspective

What’s interesting is that despite not reaching my target weight yet, I’m feeling more confident than ever. There’s something transformative happening within me on this journey. I’ve come to understand that I am more than just my physical appearance to myself, my family, and my friends. This shift in perspective has been liberating, allowing me to embrace my journey wholeheartedly.

Today’s Goal: Rediscovering My Values:

Beyond the physical changes, I’m determined to dig deeper and rediscover my core values. It’s essential for me to reconnect with what truly matters, what drives me, and how I can align my actions with these values. By doing so, I’ll find greater purpose and fulfillment not just in my fitness journey but in life as a whole.
