
Day 5 of my health and fitness journey was more than just fine—it was actually really good. The workout pushed me in a challenging yet satisfying way. I can feel the effects in the afternoon, but fortunately, today’s workload is a bit lighter, allowing me the luxury of taking a break.
Yesterday, someone asked me when I’m due, referring to my stomach. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel sad or angry. Instead, it made me even happier about the healthy choices I’ve been making. I’m aware that due to previous pregnancies and C-sections, my stomach appears larger compared to the rest of my petite frame, but I believe it was an honest mistake. In a way, it adds an interesting aspect to this whole process.
Today’s focus was strength training, specifically targeting my lower body and abs. As for my diet, it has been going well so far, and I’m genuinely enjoying it.
