Day 6

So, no workout plan today, but I’m doing some low-key LISS instead. I’m pumped and know I’ve got this. I’m aiming for two 20-minute sessions. Still feeling pretty motivated!

Travel’s on the horizon next week, which could be tricky. Good news, though: there’s a gym where I’m staying. I’ll really make it worth it.

Seriously, working out has been a game-changer for me. It’s totally switched up how I spend my day and it’s made me see myself in a new light. Staying on top of this is big deal for me.
