
It’s tricky to see, but honestly, I don’t feel different on the outside, but I do on the inside. I feel better in my mind, stronger. It’s like I can do anything. I really like the workouts, and I’m into the 3rd week now. I’m keeping to the 4 days a week plan, and I’m trying to do some easy cardio, too. I’m going to keep it up. I love this.
I cooked healthy food for myself in Boston and it went well. I’m proud of what I did. I also went to the gym. I did well there too.
My diet? It hasn’t been perfect. I think I’m eating more calories than I should, even with veggies. Maybe if I’m hungry, I could eat more veggies to lower the other calories. I’m not eating processed food, just healthy things. I’m also drinking a protein shake to get enough protein each day. So far, this journey to better health has been great. It’s motivating and gives me the power to work on other things. I love it.
