As I walked, I realized that even though I’m just meeting the minimum requirement, it’s still making a difference. I never expected that simply tracking my steps and being mindful of everything would have an impact. I’ve also learned to accept that some days I’ll have more energy than others, and it’s not about reaching a specific number but rather giving my best effort each day. My best will vary, but as long as I’ve put in some effort, I’m content.
Amidst all this, it’s hard to say if I’ve noticed any changes. Well, I do feel like things are tighter, but that might be because I’m paying more attention to everything. According to my scale, I’ve lost some fat, but to get a more accurate picture, I’m planning to do a body scan next week. Hopefully, that will provide a clearer answer.
Other than that, everything else remains the same as before.
